By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or applying for a distributor account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Orders & Payment

All retail orders are currently settled via Cash on Delivery — payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Prices displayed on the site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order reference number at checkout; this does not guarantee stock availability until fulfillment is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout (Standard or Express) are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

Distributor & B2B Applications

Submitting a distributor application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any application at our sole discretion. Approved distributors are granted access to the Partner Portal subject to continued compliance with the terms of their partnership agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product imagery, branding, and the Heritage Rice Co. name and logo — is the property of Heritage Rice Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Account Security

If you hold a Partner Portal or admin account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage Rice Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
