When you shop with us or apply for a distributor account, we collect:
- Contact details — name, email, phone number, shipping address
- Order information — items purchased, order history, delivery preferences
- Distributor application details — company name, business registration, trade volume estimates, and supporting documents you upload
- Account credentials — for registered distributor portal users, we store a securely hashed password (never in plain text)
We do not collect payment card details — all retail orders are settled via Cash on Delivery, so no card information ever passes through our systems.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your retail orders, including coordinating delivery
- Review and respond to distributor and export partnership applications
- Provide access to the B2B Partner Portal for approved distributors, including shipment status, invoices, and compliance documents
- Communicate with you about your orders, applications, or account
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of our website
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with access restricted to authorized administrators. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods before storage — we never store or have access to your plain-text password. Product and document images are hosted via Cloudinary, a third-party media storage provider.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only where necessary to operate our business:
- With delivery/courier partners, to fulfill your order
- With Cloudinary, for image and document hosting
- With Supabase, our database infrastructure provider
- Where required by law or to protect our legal rights
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. Distributor portal users can request account deactivation at any time. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
We use minimal, functional cookies necessary for core site features such as keeping items in your cart and maintaining your login session in the Partner Portal or admin console. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
